By using this website or booking any service from LuxeDrive by LS, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

LuxeDrive by LS provides:

• Chauffeur-driven vehicle rentals

• Wedding car hires

• Tourist transportation

• Airport transfers

• Self-drive rentals (where applicable)

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings & Payments

• Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking

• Full payment must be completed as agreed before or on the service date

• Prices may vary based on duration, distance, vehicle type, and service category

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations close to the service date may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance payment

• No-shows are non-refundable

Vehicle Use & Conduct

• Vehicles must be used responsibly

• Smoking, illegal activities, or misuse inside vehicles is strictly prohibited

• Any damage caused by the customer will be charged accordingly

Delays & Force Majeure

LuxeDrive by LS is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, government actions, or events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

• LuxeDrive by LS is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
